The story, credentials, and work of Pam Olsen Law

It also explores the firm’s case types, published recoveries, Central Florida communities, and the step-by-step work used to build an injury claim.

Pam Olsen’s experience began on the defense side of personal-injury disputes. She spent six years defending large insurance companies and corporations, gaining practical knowledge of claim investigation, medical disputes, valuation, negotiation, and the strategies used to limit recovery.

That early chapter became the foundation for a career devoted to injured clients. Pam went on to spend 16 years representing injured clients at a large Orlando-based law firm before establishing her own Ocala practice. She designed the firm to keep the attorney closely involved and the client’s experience at the center of the case.

Education and professional background

Legal training joined with a deeper understanding of trauma

Pam earned a B.A. from the University of Florida in 1988 and a J.D. from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 1991. She later completed an M.S. in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University in 2004.

Her Florida Bar admission dates to 1991, and her practice background includes admission to the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida. The counseling degree adds a valuable perspective when injuries affect emotional health, family life, work, sleep, independence, and long-term wellbeing.

How the work develops

A personal process built around the complete impact of an injury

The firm’s role begins with listening, then moves toward a structured account of what happened, who may be responsible, which coverage applies, and how the injury has altered the client’s life.

  1. 01
    Hear the story

Discuss the accident, treatment, immediate pressures, and the questions that need answers during a free consultation.

  2. 02
    Investigate responsibility

Identify the people, businesses, records, insurance policies, and evidence connected with the event.

  3. 03
    Document the harm

Build the medical, financial, practical, and human account of the injury and its future consequences.

  4. 04
    Advance the claim

Present the evidence, address insurer arguments, negotiate from preparation, and keep the client connected to key decisions.
