Section 2305.10 contains its own accrual detail
Ohio Rev. Code § 2305.10 generally places bodily-injury and product-liability actions in a two-year category, then provides specialized accrual language for specified exposures and products. The event date alone may not answer the question.
The Ohio threshold is “not greater than”
Section 2315.33 says contributory fault does not bar recovery when the plaintiff’s fault is not greater than the combined tortious conduct of the other persons included by the statute. Recoverable compensatory damages are reduced proportionately.

An incident involving a city street, public vehicle, school, hospital, employer, or private property can create different preservation and procedural questions. List every operator and controller before applying a general rule.
